Customer is not happy. I made them aware 48hours prior to repair and they refusedEducated customer that they may adjust feet underneath refrigerator to lock and unlock positions so the refrigerator does not move on its own and that they may move it when they clean behind the refrigerator. Customers are not happy that they do not understand this process.
