"Upon arrival and after diagnosing I found 3 stored error codes. F8E1 (no water), F5E1 (door switch closed), and F10E1 (dispenser issues). Right after that it tried running a normal cycle and it did drain, bring in water and agitate. I then tried running it again and it didnt this time. I removed the water line and noticed there was only a thin line of water coming in. The unit is not getting enough water. I spoke to the builders and they will address the water issue. No parts needed See pictures attached."

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection i waited for compressor and all components to kick on trying to recreate what customer is experiencing. Everything was running normal sounds are normal. Rc compartment sounds normal. I adviced customer if it happeneds again to record video and send it. Unit is working as designed.
