"I double check proper connection to the inlet valve, dual water valve and filter housing everything is installed correctly. Getting proper pressure to dispenser and ice production is good. Informed customer the refrigerator doesn't add anything to the water simply allows water flow to dispenser and ice maker, the valves and water lines are made of plastic nothing will be going into the water. Advice customer to refer to his user and care manuel when getting cloudy water to purge the lines of air by dispensing 3 gallons of water with 5 second intervals. Documented with tech line they advise customer to change filter, purge the lines and to change water line from house to refrigerator to a plastic or copper line instead of the braided line he currently has installed SR# 7739187157 unit is working as normal"
