"I ran a diagnostic and no error codes found, unit went through fine on the auto test, customer said it's not possible that it's not going to leak, so I filled the unit all the way to the top to see if there were any leaks anywhere, and there wasn't any leaks, the customer said that's because I did put any clothes in the unit and that I had to put clothes in it, so I asked them to bring something and I put six towels and ran in on bulky items and still no leaks , every time the unit was draining I heard the drain of the house backing up, so I showed that to the customer every single time it happened, the customer said I swear to you and a stock of bibles the unit wasn't leaking from there, so I advised them to get a plumber and refer them to contact customer service because they didn't want to listen"
