"condensation at door when using - door seal in place, ran a airflow tested with unit connected to home vent system and disconnected making sure customer was present and explained this will confirm where the restriction is happening either within the unit OR the vent line in homes. While connected unit has poor airflow, disconnected proper airflow restored - advise customer he should get vent system properly clean. Vent system exit point flap not completely closing also feeding condensation issues"
