Ran diagnostics and found error code F3E2 moisture sensor shorted Further inspection found that vent duct is very clogged. Not allowing for proper airflow to vent out and therefore creating the need to run cycle several times and shorting out the sensor. NOTE: have advised customer several times to have duct cleaned and to make it part of a routine maintenance of machine. Customer just kept saying she has been using dryers all her life and that she cleans lint filter. I tried to make customer understand that she also has to clean ducts and exterior of ductwork to ensure no blockage is keeping it from properly drying Will order moisture sensor and harness Uploaded picture of problem area and even show MR of location Customer has to do their part to maintain unit working at optimal performance ; ordrng 1 WP3387223 (Moisture sensor) and 1 WPW10298258 (Harness)
