Checked power at terminal block and found power to be L1=121v L2=121v and L1&L2=0v. Advised customer to recontact their electrician to have power supply issue corrected. Advised customer a service call fee would need to be paid before a return trip is scheduled due to multiple trips for power not being corrected.
