"Upon arrival, I began by running a standard operational cycle to assess the unit's functionality. The unit started without any issues, with the door locking mechanism engaging successfully, water intake occurring as expected, and the agitation process operating normally. I then stopped the unit and switched to a Drain & Spin cycle to further test the locking latch assembly, as well as the drain pump and drum movement. All components functioned properly during this phase of testing. After completing these tests, I entered diagnostic mode to check for error codes and found F0E2 (Over Suds) present. This error is known to trigger the units flood mode, which can prevent normal operation. However, during my testing, the unit did not enter flood mode and appeared to have resolved the condition on its own, as it was functioning normally. There were no interruptions in operation during any cycle, and the customer's reported issue of the unit not working was not observed. The unit is operating as expected and showed no signs of malfunction during my inspection."

called tech line concerning customers continual complaint of not drying completely at times on automatic cycle. spoke with Derek and he advised only other ting to try is to check outlet thermister for correct ohms between 10 and 11k.and to lower feet in front to allow more contact with sensors and clothing. lowered front and tested thermister and it read 10.8k ohms. also advised otherwise unit is working properly as designed.some loads may not dry completely due to mixed items of clothing. no other service needed.
