"I arrived to the customer house and I started to take the unit apart to replace the parts, and the Mr. Got really close behind me and got very aggressive with me and started calling me names, and treated me and said because of me he didnt get a new one, and also most the repairs not covered, I said to him i didnt know what he was talking about, I tried to find out what was going on, and he got my parts and started ripping the boxes and he got worse, and said why did they send me back to his house, and because of the situation I reassembled the unit, and referred them to contact customer service because the threaten were more consistent and also the customer has my parts and I asked for them back because I was leaving, he said I wasnt going anywhere until I fix his refrigerator, so I started walking out of the house and when I turned back because he was following me he threw the boxes at me and hit me with them, I picked them up and left the home and when I I got to my truck I opened the door and I saw him right behind me and he tried to do something to me and at the same time he was hiding something on his hands, I told him if he doesnt back off I was going to call the cops, the customer said I was in his house and he can do anything that he wants, I tried to avoid it and get in my truck and left I called customer service and documented it, File# 21620462"

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing, I did not find any issues with the unit. The unit had no error codes, and I started a bake cycle and when I turned it off, the unit worked perfectly fine and shut off. The customers concern was after running the unit at 400? It didnt cool down in 7 minutes after it being used. I mentioned to the customer that when running the unit at those temperatures, it can take between 30 minutes to an hour for the unit to cool back down. the unit is working properly as designed."

We then started to do moisture procedure and during that procedure the cancel button on panel control would dissappear and reappear. Then error code F1E1 (main control fault) appeared. "After consultation and review of findings, during diagnostics on KFIV29PCMS03, a loud noise was confirmed coming from the freezer compartment only when the evaporator fan was operating. Inspection revealed heavy ice buildup behind the evaporator cover, with frost visible at the front of the panel. The noise is being caused by ice interference with the evaporator fan. A full 24-hour manual defrost is advised to completely remove the ice and confirm proper operation; if the fan runs quietly once the ice is cleared, this will confirm the ice buildup was the source of the noise. However, the amount of ice present indicates a defrost system failure, most commonly related to the defrost heater, defrost thermistor, or associated wiring. A quote is being provided for the heater and evaporator fan motor assembly, which is a single component that includes the defrost thermistor and harness connecting the heater and thermistor.; ordrng 1 WP12729128 (HEATER) and 1 W11452196 (MOTOR-EVAP Assembly)"

"Ran diagnostics to check for error codes related to the customers complaint of leaking during the steam cycle. During testing, the steam sprayer could not be operated because no water supply line is connected to it. With no water source to the steam system, it is not possible for the unit to leak only when the steam cycle is selected (see pictures on supply lines behind unit). Closing for trip and diagnostics."
