Check unit to find all door operations working as designed customer was informed that the door is either gonna be opened or closed. You cant partially open the door and think that its gonna stay that way the door has weight and door hinges does not have doorstops. Unit is OK show customer that when he leaves the door open in a 90? angle the door does it move? There are no mechanical issues with the door.
