turned all 4 burners on. at cust request. waiting for 30 min. cust turned on fan. i asked if i can turn it off so it doesnt pull the smell away from the cooktop. wife insisted that it should be on. i have tried to smell everywhere. cust keeps directing me to stick my head into the cabinet under the unit. .I am finding it very dificult to deal with the fact that i am being directed by both husband and wife to smell what they are telling me they smell. when they started yelling at me is when i decided to leave.. i didnt find any issue with the unit. everything working as designed. tried to explain to them that all four burners on with no pans is not normal conditions for ccoking.
