"I ran a diagnostic and unit had an error codes of F5E2, F2E1, and I replaced the latch based on the error code, and while I was doing this I found out someone had already disassembled it because of the way it was it was put back together, and also the wires on the latch has electrical tape wrapped around in two different places, I replaced the latch and ran a diagnostic agin , and the unit did not work, so I removed the electrical tape on the old latch, and I found out the wire were exposed and touching together and by this it would damage the control, I called the customer to see if he can tell me what happened or tell me what other things they did to the unit, Mr said he doesn't know anything, so I documented with tech line file#. 7739016938 and partner team, and partners team said by them doing this it voided out the warranty and the Auth they gave us.
