"I ran a diagnostic and no error codes found in the memory, unit went through fine on the auto test, and no leaks found, I ran a bulky sheet cycle so the unit can fill up all the way to the top, and no leaks , I asked the customer to load the unit to see if anything was related to that, and the customer loaded the unit completely wrong, I was trying to explain to the customer on how to do it correctly, and the customer went to the roof with insults and screaming at me, said I was not there to teach he something she's been doing way longer than myself, and that it was completely stupid that I was trying to blame it on her, and that I didn't see the leak because everything that I did was not the cycle nor the setting that she used when the unit leaks, so I told her to go ahead and run the cycle she was talking about, so she did and I didn't see any leaks, so I called tech line and the customer hear me talk to tech line everything that I did, customer kicked me out of the house in a very disrespectful manner, so tech line heard that and documented everything, unit checked okFile#7739093328"

Reset ice maker and test it. Unit is now working properly.

After trying to replace ice maker unit was not connecting to harness. I called techline and they will review for exchange. Sr 7739090129

Replaced control board

Ran diagnostic and didn't find any error codes. I ran diagnostic cycle and unit is working as designed without any noises thar are not normal. We adjusted front left leg.

Replaced pump
