"Checked unit and customer has everything broken on the upper rack, she said the unit is too cheap for her because everything breaks, after we had already explained to her on the previous visit on how to use unit correctly, customer is still putting huge pans on the bottom and when the spray arm above the pans rotates it hits on them and comes off, also customer loads a very heavy load on the top rack, and causes everything to fall apart because of the weight, the customer said if she could not load it the way she wants or use it the way she want she doesn't want it, I explained to customer I can replace the parts but if she's going to continue to using like that it's going to break again.
