Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection error codes F4E3 found low air flow. I did air flow test test (picture attached). Unit did not drop card board once. I disconnected unit from vent and did test. Unit drop card all 3 times. I showed customer explain air flow restriction when unit is connected to wall vent. All noises where normal nothing out of the norm. I explain with air restriction it can cause noises inconsistent. Unit is working as designed.SR#7740261158.

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection unit had door latch switch faulty connection. Connected door switch and secured connection. Tested ok.
