tightened loose black wire connection at terminal block and rebooted control board and checked operations. ck ok

Technician did not install any parts because customer has an electrical issue that needs to be fixed. No parts were installed and technician was informed to close our call.

Replaced thermal cut off with truck stock ; used 1 W10900067 (Thermal cut off) from stock

Replaced CAM from truck stock ; used 1 W10721967 (CAM) from stock

re-attached loose left side door hinge and releveled unit and ran test cycle. test ok

Adjusted legs and recalibrated unit ran test all operations normal.

Reinstalled control connections ran test all operations normal.

Charged for tripe charge..'795089 i put on you to close out and return parts per ED-CSR

Reattached loose burner element to harness connection- working as normal

"Checked unit and the unit has physical damage on the front left corner, I ran a diagnostic and unit had error code F8E1, so explained to Mr that was there at the home the problem, Mr, said that I would need to explain that to his sister, I talked to the sister over the phone and explained to her and she didn't understand my explanation or she didn't want to know, I asked her on how did the physical damage happened, she said that happened recently when they moved from one home to another,, and it wasn't there fault that it happened, so I explained to her because of the damage the door is not sealing correctly, and it jumps everywhere when it open and close, the dispenser doesn't go all the way in and that the tub is broken, and when the unit spins it jumps everywhere because the cabinet is not aligned, so after explaining to her several times, the husband came to the home, and I had to explain to him all over again , and he was the same way they didn't want to listen, Mr. said that the water leak had nothing to do with the physical damage, Mr, said if I didn't want to do my job, then what the hell i was doing in their house, and that this point I had three people screaming at me and calling me names, so I called partner team and documented with them, and they said because of the physical damage they would not cover the repair, and to refer the customer to contact customer service, and notes would be attached to file we already have"

Found breaker tripping when oven is preheating. Removed ground wire from back of unit. Heated bake element to 500 degrees for 30 minutes. Reinstalled ground wire and checked operation

Check unit to find a wobbled out screw from the stater technician tight screw and checked operations. Unit is no longer making noises during spin cycle. Unit is OK.
