Upon arrival I diagnose unit. Unit kept tripping breaker. I reset control board. I did steps according to service pointer. I removed ground wire let temperature rise. Once reached temperature let it settled at a constant temperature for 15min. Restarted unit. Unit is working as designed.

Customer had previous repair done on dispenser asy. Dispenser does not fit in with washer and could not repair the cover itself as it comes in an asy.Discontinued parts color in chrome shadow.. they do not make anything in chrome shadow anymore. We cannot replace broken dispenser with cover.Made customer aware. Closing ticket for service.

Upon arrival ran diagnostic and the drain pump was not coming on. I then looked under washer and the drain pump connector was not properly connected. I secured it close the lid properly. Retest and unit is now working as designed.

"Arrived at customer home to trouble shoot MW sparkingFound no power to unit. Proceeded to check breaker and in doing so, noticed customer cooking in the garage with propane and portable gas stove and had a huge pot going. Did not think nothing of it but did seem odd. Breaker was not tripped and proceeded to inspect interior of MW. There is where I saw signs of water or moisture penetration inside where the controls and heating components are located. There was rust build up signs that it had been happening for extended periods of time. I cannot prove it but my opinion is that they cook with Big pots under the MW for long periods of time therefore steam getting into the interior of cabinet. Tried to advise of findings and they got really upset that I would even bring that up. Tried to explain to them that if Safety team even went forward with repairs if they would continue cooking the same manner it would happen again in couple more months. They were just not willing to listen. I strongly believe it was use n care neglect. Called tech support and documented with same pictures uploaded SR#7738842575 But if Whirlpool decides to move forward with repairs it would take replacing Transformer,magnetron,capacitor,diode,magnetron thermostatNOTE: customer upset at me for noticing and pointing out what has been happening and wants another tech."

Upon arrival I replaced all parts unit came on and is working as designed. The noise complain customer was experience I clean the blower wheel at the back. They had debris in there loose like little pieces of wood and plastics and lint with plastic circles pictures attached.

top dish tray wheel support came off track. Track end not in locking position allowing the track wheels to slip. positioned track back in and flipped the track ends to locking position - tested operating as normal
