F8E4 float switch open Ran diagnostic test mode with no soap in the unit had lots of suds. Inside of it ran a second one to get more of the suds out. Everything was operating and functional properly. The unit was not leaking or dripping. Anything from underneath. "F0E3 over loaded error code F0E5 off balanced load Customer says the washer does not operate good or wash her clothes good or fill up with enough water. I ran the unit through diagnostic test and everything checked out good advise a customer that she needs to not overload it for it to properly wash and agitate for the best outcome and also adjust your settings with the soil and the spin and can also use the extra power or extra rinse setting for better outcomes as well other than that the units operating properly but if the customer has issues still, well have to get the original company back out Customer had another service company come out last month and work on the washer for the same thing and well have to contact them if issues occur with unit"

Icemaker tray was busted causing the tray to leak water all over the cubes that were already in the bucket and causing the actual icemaker to bind up and not dump ice properlyReplace the icemaker with one off of truck stock ran the harvest test. Everything went smoothly ran the fill test it filled up ice is also dispensing and water dispenser is dispensing water everythings operating and functioning properly now all operations OK; used 1 W10873791 (Ice maker) from stock

Freezer evaporator drain line is frozen up causing the water to leak into the bottom of the freezer and freeze up. Advised customer to thaw the unit out so it can clear out the frozen up drain line and the unit will properly drain the water out of the freezer section.All operations OK units operating as designed
