Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection handle was already installed on unit. I reassured everything was tighten and secured. Handle did not come off. Handle is secured. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I replaced parts. After replacement I ran unit everything is working. Ran diagnostic cycle everything passed. I adviced customer of the weight distribution on unit if not distributed causes more noises than usual and can cause damage to unit. As it did with wiring SR#7739134307. No noises Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival I diagnosed unit. After inspection no ice. It only did it once and stop making compressor really hot not on. Called techline to document and send pictures of what was in side lines(pictures attached). Techline unit is not repairable. SR#7738953998.

"I replaced the led lights and checked ok, and while I was doing that, the customer kept saying over and over he been having problems with the temperatures since they got the unit, because some time when he opens the doors the temperature in the freezer rises up to 30 degrees, he closes the door and comes back less than 30 minutes and the temperature is back to normal, I explained to the customer I could checked it out but there will be a service call fee, and explained to customer there might not find anything because everything has been working normally since it been there, customer said not to worry and to check it out, I called tech line and the first thing that they told me, that they don't believe the customer complain, that if this customer had an issue with the temperature that has the unit for three years, he should of called long time ago, and that he was just taking advantage of me while I was there, and we did check everything on the unit and everything checked ok, I explained that to the customer and the customer said that wasn't possible and said there is something wrong with the electronics, I explained to him, if he is comfortable I can replace the electronics and give him an estimate on that and the customer said to go ahead, I explained to the customer it was time for him to pay the service call fee, the customer said I was crazy because I haven't done anything to the unit and for me to ask him for money is unacceptable, and to get out of his house, File#. 77392231057"
