Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed a creature in the control board area. Per trade care we cant proceed. The source to the issue is the roaches touching the board.

Unfortunately the 30torque screw was stripped and will need special tools/bits to remove the screw. Will need a gear case also. "Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot Began asking Mrs questions regarding the complaint and symptoms and when they began. Did this fridge come from a different address, normal questions related to troubleshooting I guess customer was getting upset unbeknownst to me regarding the questions but she did not say anything at firstI kept investigating the complaint of breaker tripping, PER customer would trip every 60 seconds,I had turned fridge ON and it had not tripped the entire time I was there 20 minutes or so Was going to the breaker to inspect if GFI breaker and thats when customer could not contain her anger any more She told me I had a tone since I walked IN, I advised her that the only thing I was doing is asking questions and that her information was crucial in providing a more accurate diagnosis Once she changed her demeanor and her being upset and a NOT comfortable with me being there I walked away. She got even more upset, she followed me to the truck taking video I waved bye bye and drove off Called JR and documented Called tech support and also documented SR#7740354936Per the brief time i was allowed to troubleshoot I was able to observe the compressor making this abnormal noise and could potentially trip the breaker Will order the seal system and see if TPB would pay for repairs and if so, it would have to be another tech as Im sure customer doers not want me back ; ordrng 1 W10507884 (Compressor) and 1 W11536253 (Evaporator) and 1 WPW10143759 (Drier)"
