"Found faulty harness. Replaced harness. Unit is now working as intended no issues at this time. Upon moving the unit to inspect the broken part, the water valve at the wall broke off causing water to spray in the garage. Was able to cut the water off at the house before too much water was released. Pipe for water valve was so rusted that we were able to get the old pipe out of the threads. Repaired line with new versions of what was there. Valve works with no leaks"
