"Upon arrival i tested units suspension to see proper tension and position, no bent rods and spring had proper tension when applying pressure downward to drum - ran a test cycle & check for error codes. Drum is moving normal and it's able to agitate, wash and rinse as design. I did find an error code - F0E3 (Overload) and advise customer to not over pack unit since it could lead to uneven/off balance loads causing load noise when unit hit higher speed.
