"Checked unit and customer was complaining about a small pieces of insulation coming from inside of the oven liner, I explained to customer I can remove it or tug it back in the liner, customer said no that its still going to be there getting into his food and doesn't want that and is asking for a new unit, so I removed the panel the covers the burner and the door so he can see how the unit is built and explained to him a brand new unit is going to be the same, so I ripped the small pieces of insulation that was sticking out with my fingers and the customer got really upset and said I got rid of his evidence and started screaming and yelling at me and called me names, and what I did was not except able, and to get the fuck out of the house, and I asked him if he was going to put the burner cover and door back, and customer said no that I was going to do it, while still calling me names and threatening me also, so I put the cover back and door, and the customer didn't like how the cover attaches to the unit, that if he pulls the cover up it would poop out, I explained to the customer that is how the unit is designed, the customer said that the cover should be attached way better then that, and customer said that now I destroyed the bottom of the oven, on top of the complaint that he already had, and that what I was going to do about that, I pulled my phone to try to take a picture of the bottom of the oven and the customer jumped in front of me and tried to push me away and kept me from taking a picture, and said that I wasn't going to take any pictures, because that wouldn't help him at all, and kept insulting me and said he knows the law more than me, and as long as I was in his house and not make it out I'm guilty, and there is a picture that shows his hand when he push me out of the way of the unit, so once I finished installing the door and cover, i left the house and documented with tech line and my office File#. 7739518656"

"Checked unit and unit is full of water and it has bathroom rugs inside and they all disintegrated in the unit pieces everywhere, and the unit is not able to drain because of all that junk that's stuck in the drain pump, i showed the customer the problem, and customer started getting all crazy and yelling at me and that I didn't know what I was taking about, and how did she know that everything I was saying is true, because I explained to her she should not put those rugs in the unit, and screaming at me and saying what were in the hell that it says that she can't put those things in the unit, and that whirlpool needs to tell her that, so I called partner team and the first lady that answered my call she didn't understand, and she was screaming at me also, I asked her to transfer me to another person or if I can speak to a supervisor, and she said no, and was not going to do that and if I wanted to talk to a different person I would need to call back, and that she was going to document my behavior, so I called back and another lady helped me and explain to customer several times that was a user care issue and not a functional failure and that warranty will not pay for any repairs, the customer got worse with me and because she saw that I able to run the unit in diagnostic to find out what was wrong with it, she thought by unlocking the door and removing everything in the unit she would be able to use it again, and because of that she was demanding me to unlock the door and to remove the stuff that was inside, i explained to the customer if I unlock the door all the water that's inside is going to leak out, customer didn't understand and everything i was saying i was making it up just to charge, so she called my office, so they can force me to unlock the door, so they explained to the customer again that all the water inside would leak all inside the house, the customer said she wanted to see it, so I got into the unit and cracked the door a little bit open and she saw all the water coming out, and I closed it quickly and the office asked her because they were with me on the phone line, that if she wanted the door open she would have to deal with all the water inside the house, or the other option to fix it correctly that I was suggesting to her, customer decided to leave it as it is, as I was leaving the customer slammed the door on my back, and the notes from partner team will be attached to the file we already have"
