"Upon arrival and after diagnosing with Techline we came to the conclusion of their being a restriction in the capillary line. The tech suggested to come out with a new filter drier. He suggested to cut the capillary line that joints to the evaporator and then run nitrogen through the filter drier in hopes to clear the restriction. If the restriction is within the liner and not able to clear or comes out sluggish/black it would be deemed nonrepairable. If we are able to successfully clear the restriction, we can then joint the capillary line back to the evaporator, charge it up and be good to go. We just need to R/S asap.
