Upon arrival I diagnosed unit . Error code F0E5 (Off Balanced ). The load customer had in unit was a big thick cover with other small items. I explain to customer of counter weight the load and distributing the load.(picture attached) I told her that's a big cover and absorbs a lot of water and will not spin properly causing water to remain on items. Unit was packed and condensor was very dirty . I adviced customer about both issues that need to be address. They can cause unit to work more than normal a make more noise normal. Customer mention some other tech from a different company came out pull unit out check it and scratch for floor.
