Upon arrival and after diagnosing I could not re create the issue. There was no ice build up in the freezer side. The customer mentioned it only happened once and hasnt happened since. I believe it was due to the freezer door not closing all the way. The door seal was in tact and making good contact. There was no other issues with any water that flows through the freezer compartment. The ice maker was good and working properly. As of now the unit is working as designed.

Cleaning light was stuck on and the unit was very dirty on the inside. Advise a customer that he needs to clean the unit out so I can operate at its best capabilities because not taking proper care of it will cause it to have issues. I advise a customer that he was good to use the unit and if he needs us to clean it, there is a charge out-of-pocket because that is not covered under warranty."
