RAN DIAGNOSTICS AND EVERYTHING CHECKED OUT NO CODES Customer complaint is that machine vibrating during spin cycle. Inspected the clothing in washer and mixed all together with different type materials. Tried to explain to customer of sorting out same materials clothing and the potential of unbalanced loads. They were not hearing it. They were adamant about something wrong with machine. I showed them how to pause and adjust and properly balance the load and how to resume cycle. I ran machine on SPIN cycle and did not experience any vibration. Washer working as intended
