Upon arrival on a ran a test cycle - units heating element and drum is working as normal but has bad air flow. Ran a airflow test with vent line connected and disconnected to dryer - when disconnected unit has strong airflow and when vent line from home is reinstalled we lose all air flow. Customer needs to have home vent lines cleaned / unclogged - unit is working as design
