"Arrived at customer home to troubleshoot fridge not cooling, customer had unit turned OFF past couple days Advised its best to have left ON to do more accurate diagnosis Called tech support and documented SR# 7740712051With the assistance of tech support we ran diagnostics and per their recommendations asked that the customer leave Unit On for at least a whole week to confirm if its a defrost issue. NOTE: found drip tray full of water, signs that unit was frozen and when the customer turned unit off it defrosted and water pooled on drip tray Showed customer drip tray and an advised to leave unit on for a week. Customer said he was not gonna invest no more money into this unit and will just purchase a new fridge"

Upon arrival customer was concerned on some frosting on upper back panel. I explained that is normal especially because it was in the coldest setting. I changed temperature to the recommended setting. Check air temperature and it's good. Unit is working as designed.
