"Customer express concerns over ice maker leaking around seal by ice maker fascia and leaking in dispenser area. Got with tech line to run diagnostics and service tests that could cause these kind of issues. We ran through service tests number 6, 7, 36, 37, 46 and 56. Unit does not have any error codes, the heater surrounding the ice maker fascia is working, no part failure - everything is working as normal. To address the issue of water leaking from the dispenser area could be from leftover ice and dispenser space melting dripping down into dispenser drip pan this is normal and will need to be manually cleaned. Per tech line and results of tests indicates unit is working as design SR#7739323462"

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed the pump and motor was turning on and off. Will need parts ; ordrng 1 W11613479 (PUMP AND MOTOR) and 1 W10861000 (DISPENSOR) and 1 W11637581 (CONTROL BOARD)
