I then checked for proper airflow and found little to no airflow present. To determine whether the clog was within the appliance or the home vent system, I removed the vent system from the back of the unit, which restored proper airflow and eliminated the clog within the appliance itself. Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed when it goes to drain cycle the unit would shut completely off and the latch would remain lock.
