Per my instructions I advised customer to remove any obstructions covering fridge and freezer thermistors. Since making those changes the fridge has been working properly. MR. wanted me to change control boards. Mrs. wanted me to leave as is. I replaced only thermistors as that is the only thing I see will need at this time. Everything else is working as intended.
