"Found error codes upon arrival - F0E5, F0E7F0E5 - Off Balance. F0E7 - Load detected when running clean wash cycle. I then ran a diagnostic cycle. During diagnostic cycle unit is able to agitate, spin, bring in water as normal & drain. Was not able to replicate the customer's claim. Documented with Techline techline agreed customer needs to properly load unit and it as far as the claim unit was properly soaking water then heading to agitating which customer could have potentially seen as the unit not working.
