"During diagnostic testing, I confirmed that the unit is operational and heating as designed. The heating function activates correctly, and the unit responds to controls as expected. The heating element performs uniformly, and all safety features, including thermostats and cutoffs, are functioning properly. The unit also has excellent airflow with no restrictions.The customer claimed that the unit only dries in Time Dry. I explained that in Time Dry, the heating element remains continuously active for the entire set duration, whereas in Auto Cycle, the heating element cycles on and off based on the selected settings to optimize performance. This behavior is consistent with the units design and functionality.Additionally, I consulted with our tech support team, who confirmed that the unit is operating as designed, with no control or part failures present. Per Techline, a technician should not be sent back for this issue without charging a service fee. SR#7740521697"
