"Technician could not diagnose unit, but was able to get temperatures and look at all of the doors. Theres no issues with door ceiling without customer verbally abusing the technician on his first visit to his home. Technician was verbally abused, and called and documented everything with Whirlpool on findings and operations. If customer calls back please refer him to Whirlpool. They are gonna send another provider to this home."
