"I ran a diagnostic cycle to confirm that the heating element was functioning properly. I then inspected the air vent grill to check for any clogs and to ensure the unit had proper airflow. When the unit was connected to the house vent line, there was no airflow at all. However, after disconnecting the unit from the vent system, proper airflow was restored.
