"Upon arrival, the dishwasher was found with the door open and the drain light illuminated, indicating it had been left mid-cancel cycle. I closed the door and completed the cancel sequence. I was unable to replicate the customers claim of the unit starting on its own. Entered diagnostics and found no stored error codes. Ran a full test cycle; the unit operated as designed with no leaks or signs of failure, unit stopped at the end without reactivating on its own. Due to todays finding we can simply suggest a part in relation to the complaint which in this case we would start with the control board. sending quote as this will not be cover.
