Change unit to five customer has a large amount of paint inside of pump and motor. There is no burning marks or burning. Smells unit is working as designed all fine. This was documented with Whirlpool Tech line and Safety unit is OK.

"After reviewing the previous repair notes and consulting with Techline, it has been confirmed that the prior technician performed the repair correctly and that all components are functioning as intended. To begin, I tested and reviewed the ice bins movement along its track to ensure smooth operation. The bin slides back and forth without any jamming or obstructions, indicating proper alignment and functionality. Additionally, I verified the alignment and contact between the ice bin magnet and the freezer door magnet. Both are correctly aligned and maintain full contact during normal use.I conducted multiple tests by opening and closing the freezer door, and the ice bin consistently remained attached to the door during regular operation. When the customer demonstrated their typical method of opening the freezer door, the ice bin also stayed securely attached. To ensure I witnessed a detachment, the customer then demonstrated an abrupt jerking motion when opening the door, which caused the ice bin to disconnect. I explained that this behavior is not indicative of a repair issue but rather a limitation of the design. When the door is opened forcefully or with sudden movement, the ice bin may come loose. Proper and gentle operation of the freezer door will prevent this issue and ensure the ice bin remains securely attached.This assessment confirms that the ice bin and its associated components are operating as designed, and no further repair is required. After replacing control board and console the unit was still not powering on i advise customer to get electrician to check hard wiring or breaker.

Upon arrival and after replacing the parts the unit is now running properly. It is bringing in hot and cold water.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I found no error codes. The unit is cooling and functioning properly. The customers concern was that the unit was hot to the touch on the exterior part of the unit. I called Techline and gave the temp readings of the exterior and tech mentioned that it is normal. The unit has the skin condenser that draws the heat. Unit is working as designed.SR# 7740627528

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I found a piece of glass caught on the drain pump blades. Once I replaced the drain pump it drained properly. Unit is now working as designed.
