Had the customer clean off what he could and told him that he probably needs to get it cleaned better took off the Yvette panel had a chunk of ice built up on the temp sensor so we took it off got that figured out told the customer that he should be good to go, because the unit was thinking it was cold enough because the ice was stuck on the temp sensor and it kept going into defrost mode. Told him to touch base with me if anything else happens."
