"I ran a diagnostic and unit had error codes of out off balance loads and too much soap, the unit went through fine on the auto test, I tried to explain to the customer on how to use the unit correctly and that the unit was working as it's designed, customer said that's impossible because it's started with huge load and know it goes out of balance with small loads or any, I asked them to bring some towels to see how the unit worked with a heavy load, they said I had to see on how they use it, and they didn't have towels and I said to bring whatever they want to show me whatever they wanted, so he brought all mixed loads, even after I explained to them they can not mix materials, the customer loaded the way they wanted and ran a quick load, and unit went fine, and when the load finished the customer said that I had to wash another one with a heavy load, I explained to customer I gave him the opportunity to bring whatever he wanted to prove his point, so I refer him to contact customer service after I documented with with tech line and they said it's a user care, and also after they didn't want to listen to anything, the Miss in the background was saying if she has to separate every single thing it would take her for ever to finish she was not going to do that .File#. 7740696861"

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection rt rear element and rt rear infinite switch are bad will need to be replaced. I gave customer quote for repairs. Customer will contact office if they continue with repairs.

Broke apart ice clogging auger not allowing ice to dispense. Unit now operating properly.

Upon arrival I noticed a loud sound. Once the unit was removed I found debris and once it was removed the unit ran as designed. No parts needed.

I applied heat to reshape gasket.

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing I could not re create the issue. The customer mentioned the unit wouldnt start at all. I ran it through a cycle and it washed, drained, and spun normally. No error codes either. I looked under and no physical damage to any of the parts either. Unit is working as designed. I couldnt re create the issue."

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection water valve harness connector faulty. Repair harness and reconnected to water valve. Tested unit water coming in. Unit is working as designed.

Diagnosed washer with screeching noises at the end of cycles. Reinstalled splutch cam not set in place properly. All operations are now correct.

Diagnosed customers dishwasher not cycling properly. Turned on water outlet not releasing water to dishwasher. Unit now operating properly.

Diagnosed range not heating in bake cycle. Reconnected Loose main harness at bake element. Unit begin to heat as constructed.

"Vent hood switches are have power going to them, but none of the operations are working. Need to replace the switches with the board inside. NEED PART research for the user switch interface power going into the panel, but the switches are not doing any operations ; ordrng 1 Xxxxxxxxxx (User switch interface)"

Installed all parts doors ceiling good now there is no gap all operations OK now

"Replaced the blower fan and the motor, but the dryer is still buzzing very loud due to too much power causing all of the parts in the dryer to over amp and run it twice. The speed customer needs to have electrician fix the power source before use told customer if he uses the appliance before this gets fixed and the dryer breaks again the unit wont be covered by whirlpool."

Dispenser solenoid on the inside came loose from the plastic latch. Replaced the dispenser all operations OK now.
