Customers complaint was that when she would start it she would have to restart the unit three different times and tell her would actually start preheat because it would just send her back to the home screenunit. Its working properly now. All operation is OK.

Customer said that the back right burner makes a noise like someone is trying to blow out a flame when the oven or range is not even in use. I advised the customer that I was not hearing anything or could not get it to do anything, but there is definitely no gas leaks and the customer said shes never smelt gas either. "Refrigerator is 28 at top and 31 at bottom Ice maker is reading 20 degrees Freezer is reading -2 degrees Call Techline and he had me run through all of the icemaker tests. Everything passed unit harvested the ice that was in it. It also filled up misters are reading properly and the icebox fan is running went to the back of the unit and tested the thermostat with the meter and they are reading properly. Techline advised the only thing that could be done. Here is to turn the temperatures up because it is just simply getting too cold in the deli drawer causing the drain to freeze and water to come out and it is still cold enough for it to make ice. Adjusted the temperature for the refrigerator up to 39 and set the freezer on one because it was set on -2. Techline advised to give the unit a week to a week and a half to sort itself out, but it should be all good to go because everything is checking out goodSR#7741498362"

"Customer said that the washing machine was very noisy. When spinning I put the unit in the diagnostics and it was not throwing any overloaded error codes or off-balance error. Codes ran a test mode with the maintenance guy next to me and it passed and did not throw any codes or make any noises during the test cycle advise a customer that washing very small loads with only a little bit of things in there. If it all gets bunched up on one side, its gonna be off balanced or if theres too much in there, it can cause the drum to shake as well, but the suspension rods are still in very good shape. Unit is operating as designed all ops OK"
