Unclog drain pump

Replaced cut off from truck stock ; used 1 W10900067 (Cut off) from stock

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection door switch wire connector faulty. Reconnected and secured connection to door switch. Tested unit. Passed. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival and after diagnosing I noticed a loud sound. Once I removed the unit and removed the debris the unit began to work properly. Unit is now working as designed.

"Upon arrival, the customer explained her concerns regarding the unit. She claimed that the unit was not cooling, not dispensing water, and not making ice. However, during my inspection, the unit was cooling properly in both compartments, with a full bin of ice present, and the dispenser was dispensing water with adequate pressure. The compressor and relay sounded normal, with no signs of clicking on and off or internal rattling. The units ability to maintain proper temperatures in the freezer, refrigerator, and icemaker compartments was confirmed, as the icemaker requires temperatures below 15 degrees to produce ice. There were no signs of clumping or small ice, further verifying normal functionality.I dispensed a significant amount of water to test for any loss of pressure or interruption, but the dispenser continued to work as expected. Based on my observations, there was no evidence to support the tenants claims of the unit failing. "Upon arrival, the unit was in the middle of a cycle. It was agitating and about to transition from the wash phase to draining, then to rinsing, as expected. Diagnostics revealed error codes F0E5 (Off Balance) and F0E3 (Overload), indicating that the reported stoppage was likely caused by one of these errors. The customer claimed the unit was not agitating or unable to complete a cycle, but these issues were not present during inspection or testing. The unit successfully completed a full diagnostics cycle without any issues."

unit will start the time count down in the display but will not actual heat. the unit needs transformer and door switch/latch for proper repair. components are discontinued unable to proceed with a proper repair. closing for T&D

"The washer was continuously draining, leading the customer to unplug the unit to stop it. The issue occurred because the washer entered flood mode due to the tenants using either non-HE detergent or excessive amounts of detergent, which caused excessive foam and triggered the flood mode. To resolve the problem, the unit was turned on to complete its flood draining. A diagnostic cycle was then run, and the washer functioned as designed"

Upon arrival I noticed the LoFl code. Then I noticed the water from the house was good but the inlet valves were clogged. I attempted to clean them but code still remains. Submitted quote and customer will decide later.

"Upon arrival and after diagnosing with Techline I found that on service test #3 the damper control would not shut it would display 23 but never 13 and never physically closed. Per Techline it could have to do with the harness that was last replaced since its all connected together. Per Techline same issue, Will go back to original tech. SR# 7740744704"

"To address the two claims reported to dispatch:1.Burners are clicking in cycles or on all burners: It is normal for all burners to click when turning on any single burner. However, gas flows only to the burner being activated. This behavior is consistent with the unit's design.2.The oven is not working: Upon inspection, the oven was found to be functioning properly. The igniter is operational, and gas is fully igniting on both sides, as evidenced in the attached pictures. After explaining this to the customer, she stated that the oven works but then turns off. To investigate, I ran the oven through a complete preheating cycle, and it did not shut off during my observation.Upon further inspection, I turned my attention to the control board as it could potentially cause premature shutoffs if malfunctioning. During this process, I discovered evidence of a roache infestation within the control board (see pictures). Due to user care neglect, warranty coverage for parts and labor is not applicable.If the customer wishes to proceed with repairs, they will need to cover the cost of both parts and labor."
