Upon arrival customer had washer spinning and it wasn't shaking. Customer mentioned that she had one towel in there when it was shaking. I explained to customer about how to properly load washer. She started asking if we take washers back and give her refund. I told her know we only service them. Unit is working as designed.

Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. After inspection unit is inconsistent with elements coming on. Sometimes works sometimes it doesnt. Didnt come on when there (picture attached).
