"Multiple issues. Found frost/ice build up on air ducts leading to ice maker left hand door. Found food freezing in RC. Temperatures have been adjusted on UI and nothing changes. Ice maker cycles but does not fill with water. Found service pointer on new configuration for ctrl boards to be replaced. .. needs new kit to be repaired. Kit# W11533213Advised customer to contact kitchenaid for further assistance. Estimate 380.59 parts, 105 labor, 40.06 tax, 525.65 total."
