"Roaches scattered from the control board area upon opening back cover. The main control board was visibly contaminated with roach droppings and residue, appearing slimy - A roach trap was found directly underneath the unit, and live/dead roaches were on cooktop surface. Damage is due to pest infestation and considered user neglect; warranty will not cover repair - closing for trip & diagnostics CASE#22689101"
