Check unit to find all operations working as designed on arrival technician ran dryer airflow test with hose and without hose. "Checked unit to find a roach, infestation technician allowed maintenance man to see all the roaches and he took pictures himself and there are pictures on the document unit is voted due to this issue. Customer was informed that he has to hire a professional exterminating provider and send that receipt to Whirlpool and all repairs would cost out-of-pocket unit is OK."

Check unit to find customer is only operating on one leg of power. She was informed that she needs an electrician. The unit is not making a full circuit supplying power to the dryer. She is getting 124 from leg two to ground and zero from leg one to ground. Customer has an electrical issue. Unit is OK.

"Call Techline and got everything documented 7740993923 showed up to the house at 10:30 and turned the gas on as soon as I got there, I put soapy water with bubbles on every single orifice burner because that is where the gas company said that it was leaking from directly out of the orifice. I put soap and bubbles on top of the orifices and left the gas on open and close the valves just to show the customer what it would look like if there was gas coming out of the offices I continue to ask her throughout the whole time of me being at the house if she smelt any gas and I just shut the gas off at 11:15 and she still has yet to say she smelled any gas. Techline also told me that the LML percentage of an actual leak is over 10% and the highest that the gas company picked up was 1.8 all the way down to 0.8 did not find any gas leaks will be calling to log with safety.NEW document number 7740957473Safety advise to inform the customer to use the cooktop with caution that they should be good and if they have any more issues to give us a call and we can come back out since we were not able to duplicate the issue"

Customer had lots of sediment buildup inside of her waterline. I cleaned out the water valve and got all of the sediment blockage out of the way because the customer was having no water pressure going into the washer advised the customer to put filters on her waterline so this issue does not continue to happen. Ran the unit and the water pressure was as good as new all operations. OK now unit is working as designed.
