"After running a diagnostics test, the unit completed the cycle without any issues. I then test-ran the unit under a normal cycle but was still unable to replicate the customer's claim. The unit progressed through the cycle as expected. However, I did observe that during both the test mode and normal cycle, a significant amount of foam formed even with the smallest amount of water (see pictures).During my testing, I did not introduce pods or liquid detergent; the foam resulted from residual detergent buildup from previous cycles. An excessive amount of foam can reach the float switch, causing it to trigger and stop operations. I advised the customer to use HE detergent reduce foam and reduce the amount per cycle. While the unit will drain the water, it will not remove the foam entirely. Over time, the foam dissolves into liquid, making it appear as though the unit did not fully drain.The unit is operating as designed. I recommend that the customer contact customer service for proper usage instructions for their dishwasher. SR#7739686022"
