The ice maker successfully completed a harvest test with no error codes recorded, and the fan by the ice maker is functioning properly. Additionally, I noticed the customers water line was twisted in the back. I was able to untangle it and advised the customer to secure it with tape to the back of the unit to prevent it from twisting again or to replace it with a shorter line.
