Upon arrival i diagnosed unit. Unit had message software update available. I did diagnostic with techline(Glen). Error codes F6E0 and F6E4 where found. Cuatomer is experiencing beeping mesage at 1am and techline said thats the time it usually tries to do update and if it cant it will reset through out the day giving message of power failure Techline said unit is trying to do software update and because it is not connected to server cloud it resets and gives that power failure message.(pictures attached) Customer had unit replaced 2 years ago so in Jennair cloud server it has old Model and serial #. Customer has to call connectivity team to be able to connect to wifi and get software update with this new console to unit. I gave customer SAID# from unit to give to connectivity department. connectivity with wifi. Unit is working as designed. SR# 7740451067.

Check the unit had ice buildup in the freezer section on the bottom floor was not frost solid ice.
