Upon arrival I checked for error codes and there was none. I ran diagnostic and everything sounded good. Customer asked if she could put clothes to test and we did that. I then explained to her about extra power button. It was initially engaged causing less water to come in st first. We test again without power button and the noise Customer was hearing was gone. Unit is working as designed.

Check unit to find customer has a oversized piece of foil covering bottom pedal not allowing heat to rise through ports. She was informed that she has to remove that aluminum foil if she wants the oven to work properly customer remove foil and technician tested operations. Unit is now working properly. Theres no more issues with the unit not going past 100?no parts needed for repairs.
