Upon arrival gas was off. Customer mentioned if I was going to fix thermostat as well because their furnace heater was red tag as well. I explained I'm only there for the stove. I took a reading of the room before pre-heating and I was getting 0 carbon monoxide. I then turned oven on and preheat to 500 degrees. I kept CO meter close to vent about 12 inches away I got 0 Carbon monoxide. I tried calling techline and Lance told me system is down. Unit is not releasing any carbon monoxide.

"Talk to Robert with Techline liner of the refrigerator and liner of the inside cabinet does not meet up causing the door to rub loudly. Robert with Techline told me that the system is down right now to call back in in about an hour. I advised him that the gap goes from the top to the bottom of the door and he said it sounds like its not repairable, but need to call in once the system is back up so they can receive the pictures that have been taken of the issue SR# 7741076108Techline said that the ticket is going in for review for replacement. Whirlpool will be in contact with the customer within 3 to 5 business days closing ticket out for trip and diagnostic."
