"Per customer complaint, they are complainting about the ice maker harvesting noise it makes 'ONLY' when the IM is turning and twisting to release the cubes, to them its too loud.Listened to it and to me sounded normal operation. Took small video clip to send to WP tech supportInspected the IM dispenser chute and when I tested to dispense ice, one cube got stuck, lodged on door before closing. Took picture to send to Tech support Called tech line anad sent picture and small video clip of noisePer WP tech the noise is normal operation noise Per WP tech if any ice gets lodged on door for customer to just reach in there and remove manually. Unit is working as designedCASE# 21647604"
